WebCenter Based Peer Program Children who are 3-5 years old and who are developing typically may enroll in the FCBDD Peer Program. Full inclusion and integrated programs for children with special needs and for typically developing children are offered in partnership with community based early childhood programs. WebFCBDD provides the early intervention home based services to assist the individuals in their early developmental years with the hope to address all barriers so that the individual can have a healthy, “normal” life.
